I love looking at the receipts the WRB created or collected, simply because they are such intimate sources.  This is a receipt which an Estonian group gave to Iver Olsen. Using WRB money, the group was trying to rescue people from the Baltic states. The receipt shows boat-related purchases–rope, oil, motor supplies, etc. In another receipt, Olsen has helped them purchase a revolver. Just in case.
