I’m not showing this whole ad because it’s awkward to put up four quadrants of a newspaper ad, but here are the most important two quadrants.  The headline is “25 Square Miles or 2,000,000 Lives.” In the ad, if you can read it, the Emergency Committee basically says that they have a great idea–free ports! The War Refugee Board should do this.  Please send money so the Emergency Committee can fulfill their mission.  Note there is no where on here in which they explain that their mission is creating ads like this, not in rescue.
