I’m sure it’s not surprising at all that there are types of documents I prefer, and which are more likely to show up here. Anything personal is always better than official (or god forbid, secondary) material. So transcripts, diaries, and personal letters are so much better than official reports and cables, which had many eyes and censors.

They’re discussing a “Declaration on Atrocities” which is with FDR (or is it? and has he seen it? what does he think of it?). The WRB wants FDR to issue a new declaration promising that the Allies would bring perpetrators to justice.
